Spicin' up the Frame

“Wally Wood’s 22 frames that always work” is a comic book cheat sheet classic that may help the filmmaker spice up an otherwise dull frame. Not all the examples are applicable since extreme contrast changes don’t exactly work in film like it does in comics but there are still a few good tips that might apply.
